Day 1: The heavens, the earth, light and darkness.
Day 2: Heaven
Day 3: Dry land, the seas, and vegetation.
Day 4: The sun, the moon and the stars.
Day 5: Living creatures in the water, birds in the air.
Day 6: Land animals and people.
Do you remember what God did on Day 7?

“So God blessed the seventh day and made it holy, because on it God rested from all his work that he had done in creation.” (Genesis 2: 3)
Do you remember the 10 Commandments?
Specifically, do you remember Commandment #4?

“Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy. ⁹ Six days you shall labor, and do all your work, ¹⁰ but the seventh day is a Sabbath to the Lord your God. On it you shall not do any work, you, or your son, or your daughter, your male servant, or your female servant, or your livestock, or the sojourner who is within your gates. ¹¹ For in six days the Lord made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that is in them, and rested on the seventh day. Therefore the Lord blessed the Sabbath day and made it holy. (Exodus 20: 8-11)
We keep the Sabbath holy by… Resting!

How’s your sense of relaxation, keeping the Sabbath day Holy and taking time off?
I am wondering if the Good Shepherd (Jesus) is going to have to “make” you lie down in the green pastures of His rest, relaxation and respite.
