The Wise Men from the East only ask one question, “Where is he who has been born king of the Jews?
 King Herod consults with the religious leaders and scribes. These educated scholars know exactly where the newborn king it to be born. Their answer is immediate, “Bethlehem!”
King Herod instructs the Wise Men, “Go and search diligently for the child, and when you have found him, bring me word, that I too may come and worship him.”
Herod sadly sends someone else to discover the Messiah.
Which begs the question, “Whose journey are we on?”
Someone else’s’?
Or ours?
